Took my car in after hearing a worrying noise - turned out to be a simple fix with the heat shield, they sorted it free of charge. Friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely use them again. 👍
I found Croft garage after struggling to find a BMW approved garage who don’t rip you off. As soon as any warning light or message popped up on the BMW diagnostics my heart would sink - and my purse even more so. But thank goodness for Shane at Croft! He has been brilliant in looking after my car, he’s reliable, upfront, straight talking and charges a transparent and fair price. He’s replaced my NOX sensor, had a service and MOT, and my air suspension sensor. Quick turnaround, access to BMW approved parts, any job no problem. I just wish I’d found Croft Garage sooner! Thank you Shane!
